Unit Guides are now available for all 52 units of Investigations in Number, Data, and Space 2nd Edition. Written by the authors of Investigations, these Unit Guides are designed as an independent study guide to help teachers become familiar and comfortable with the mathematical content, the activities, and the overall structure of each unit. They provide an in-depth professional development experience that helps groups of teachers work through student activities, read support material, look at student work that is embedded in the materials, and discuss critical issues about mathematics and pedagogy. Each Unit Guide is designed to take three hours, but could also be adapted and used flexibly in a variety of different settings.
